2013: 5th edition

The fifth edition of the Beirut Spring Festival took place from 26 to 31 May 2013. Produced by the Samir Kassir Foundation, the festival presented a six-day programme including a concert by Tania Saleh, three theatre performances and a public talk with Wajdi Mouawad, the guest of honour. Wajdi also met theatre students from the Lebanese University and high school students from the Grand Lycée franco-libanais. This edition remained free and brought together talent from Lebanon, France and Canada. It took place in a variety of indoor and outdoor venues (theatres and public spaces) thanks to the support of 16 partners and extensive press coverage.
